Elf Srsly Satin lipsticks have pretty decent staying power under a mask, Wet n' wild Megalast mattes are okay too and the Revlon Super Lustrous mattes. I don't like liquid lipstick anymore either but recently bought the black Rimmel one and I really like it, it just takes some building up before it dries down then it's completely transfer proof. I live on the U.S/MX. border and while in line at the bridge I can feel the eyes on me from the ppl in other cars as I meticulously reapply my bullet lipstick before reaching the checkpoint. 🤣 In my defense they ask you to remove your mask anyway! 😜

I agree with you the Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink lipsticks and NYX Lingerie lipsticks are awesome, because they’re both transfer proof, once they’re both fully dry on the lips.

Maybe too much product? Line your lips with the applicator and then pat the excess to cover the middle of the lip. The L’Oréal liquid lipsticks did the same thing until I did this.
I have a lot of maybelline one. You just put on a chapstick or gloss on top and it wont be sticky anymore. Even if the chapstick comes off or settles in to nothing, it somehow makes the maybelline not sticky but still transfer free

Revolution powder matte is transfer proof! Revlon kiss cloud blotted lips are also very good blotted lip formula

I love that cowboy shade. The dry-down does take about an hour, but when it dries, it’s so lightweight and super transfer proof.
