Ive gone down the rabbit hole so deep bc the intrigue of babymetal is that real.
Going to really miss seeing these two together, hope Yui is okay and happy.

Moa Kikuchi and Yui Mizuno reminded me that it's okay to feel emotions, it's okay to be sad, it's okay to celebrate achievements and accomplishments while shedding tears of sadness and happiness at the same time. Their speech has me in tears, the heartfelt words was hitting my heart and filling it with raw emotion.
As it was a sad occasion, it was also a celebration of graduation. Marina Horiuchi, the Heart and Conscience of Sakura Gakuin, Nene Sugisaki, the Test Queen, Hinata Sato, the loveable prankster, and Raura Iida, the eventual Rock of Sakura Gakuin, all receiving their diplomas and showing the world what they are truly capable of. Yes, a sad moment, but a joyous moment as well.
And, I can't believe I'm mentioning this, to state a quote by Chris Jericho when AEW was remembering the legacy of the great Brodie Lee, he said this: "It's okay to cry, damnit!" Well, I think no more fitting words could be said about a time like this, Cherr Blossom Army, Sakura Gakuin fans, it truly is okay to cry, damnit. I'm crying from writing this.

Moa's first tears at 0:43, Yui's classic dreamy gaze at 1:00. I sometimes watch this speech just to make sure I can still feel things. These 2 little metal gangstas had synergy that won't be matched again. Best of luck to Yui in her (hopefully) new career.

I had my entire intestines pulled out, a disc in my spine removed and four big screws and plates put in and didnt shed a tear. Had to quit college baseball and lose a scholarship because of it. Not a tear.

2014年3月30日▪▪▪既に3月1日2日、日本武道館公演2days を無事終えての卒業式の送辞。卒業生への感謝の言葉や、激励、思い出(個人名を出すことに意義がある)を語り、菊地最愛さんと水野由結さんの素晴らしい言葉。感動しました！その後、彼女たち(Moa Yui )は世界へと羽ばたいてゆく。
For sure they still keep in touch but Yui is saying farewell to three members that she was with way before Sakura Gakuin was created

Sakura Gakuin is the Idol group from where BABYMETAL born
more like Junior High or in the West they are called Middle School.
The school was really to see who was talented. So they picked the 3 most talented and started a group that evolved as their fanbase grew. The reality TV part helped them evaluate. Talk about art school in the west and people will laugh at you.
I wouldn't say "most" talented. Yui and Moa at the time still have less experience compare to the other older girls in the group. Su is definitely picked because of the voice but I think Moa and Yui was picked because they are the youngest in the group at the time and they need more "kawaii" factor.
