- First day riding around Seattle with my new Super 73 z1, I shot most of this with the insta360 one x which is also my first time making a video using this camera hope you enjoy!

Man cool video. I am close to pulling the trigger but looking at the ZX and S2 also and have a few questions: I live toward upper Fremont do you think the s1 would make it up Fremont Ave? I’m kinda into the idea of a cheaper bike, if I’m just looking to cruise like 20 miles at a time though you think the s1 would be a solid choice? Last that white model is sweet but the seat looks red to me in photos. Is it red or brown? I wish I could see these and test one out up here!

I have 3 hills to house and about ten miles to travel in a trip. I was thinking about getting an addmotor but I like the design of the super z s1 better. Do you think it will perform well or do you think I will kill the battery constantly and hurt the bike in the long run? Any suggestions will help in my purchase. Thanks
Hey Cam that's a tricky one, in my opinion I think you would be getting close to maxing it out every run. BUT that also depends on the hills, figure you can coast them which buys you some mileage. Is your 10 miles one way or round trip?

I wish this one came with pedal assist. I suppose, like you say, a person could pedal all the time in an attempt to lengthen the range. What are you getting for range before the battery gives up? 15 miles? 20 miles? And, how hard is it to pedal? I blew out my right knee a few years ago, and it's weak, and I can't stand up to pedal at all. I can still ride, but hills are a killer, so I'm considering an ebike.
I enjoy seeing the Seattle area. I grew up in Burien and also lived in south Seattle, Bonney Lake, and Puyallup till we moved to the big island of Hawaii near Hilo in 2011. I'm now 65, so lived in Washington for 58 years.
I ordered a Juiced bike because I wanted the pedal assist, I think the motor and battery is bigger, and I am a tall guy and they seem better for taller people maybe. I do like these bikes though, they look cool!
I have the same bike, hills are it's enemy hahaha. My battery went from full to 1 bar in just one hill. I bought another battery pack thinking i just had a bad battery and same thing..... I weigh 145lbs 5'6... sad part is that I live on a hill haha

What happens when you throttle and peddle at the same time?
How far have you been able to get on this? I see that is says 15-25 miles. I'm in Seattle too. Thinking about getting one but want to make sure I could make it from Stadiums downtown to say Golden Gardens and back without getting stranded.
I think the mileage rating is pretty accurate, but its hard to really say based on hills and how much coasting, etc. I cruise all around town and have never killed the battery.
I'm moving to seatle and gonna buy super 73 s2 do cops bother you on ebikes?
If this were Fifth Element world, you'd have "no more points on your license". Haha! Fun video and the 360º view is awesome! So, now I'm conflicted... do I get a DPV (underwater scooter) or a Super 73?!?! ;-)

Same problem here, got mine about a week ago and three times now I’ve had the battery just shut down where I needed to pull over and shut everything down and reboot, wonder what that’s about 🤔
Next time this happens try feeling the motor to see if the motor is overheating - May be struggling if you are going up lots of hills etc? Having said that, it is more likely to be a bad connection somewhere - double check all the Higo connectors are fitted together fully and make sure none of the cables are getting pinched or having to bend too tightly.

I am from Seattle too. I can't decide whether to buy this one or Ariel Rider D-Class. Next week I am planning to have a test ride of D-Class as they are in Seattle. For Super 73 do you know anywhere where I can do a test ride ?

@@FlorenceEGray I think the 73 is mostly show, they seem to be out ranked in a lot of the performance categories. But I can say bang for buck on the Z1 is HUGE! I have been riding the crap out of it all around town with no problems.
