Richard had something I wanted to have. He wasn't there for exhibition. He was there to train. He was miffed when he saw you not applying yourself 'all the way' in training (6 or 7 years ago, that is for me). I mean, yeah, we were all a bit (a lot) intimidated by him, being who he was and what he knew...and then, at dinner, he was just like you and me (except more crass...but he earned that!). And then the next day, you felt more relaxed around him and you fought even harder! The Kali, the hand trapping, the wrestling. Sparring - with Richard as a guide - made me feel a lot smaller. And stronger. He just knew so much and it came so easy to him. And he could read people. And see things in you. Things you didn't see. But what a gracious guy! What a friendly guy. That's the same way I felt about sparring with Sifu Bruce Fountain in Port Townsend and his assistant, Jeremy Fields. PT Fight Club, what a great time! Those three years were life changing.

I Miss My Master Richard. He Was So Good To Me & My Friends. I Will Always Honor Him & Keep Learning Martial Arts No Matter What Happens. Sigung Would Want Me To Keep Learning And Keep Doing What's Right For My Mind, Body & Spirit! I Will Always Cherish My Master. He Passed Away On My Birthday, That Really Shocked Me. I Had A Terrible Day That Day Because My Teacher, My Friend Was Gone, I Hope One Day I'll Meet Him Again In Heaven! You're The Best Master Richard, I'll Always Do My Best When I Think Of You & The Martial Arts! He Was Gonna Help Brandon Copeland Walker & Myself Become Apprentice Instructors!!! 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

His son did my tattoo - when I found out who his dad was - it blew my mind.

Btw to all the little kids wondering who this man is, subjectively, yes he this and that. He is actually one of the most skilled martial artists in existence.

Why do people give him awards like that? Do you think he feels weird when people give him stuff like that, then he goes to his gym and puts it on the wall with all of the other awards and stuff people gave him? i bet he has like 500.

Thank you for uploading this Sir. Are we able to acquire the full video of the whole seminar ? I know you guys mentioned it will be included in online curriculum. I was wondering if we can just purchase the seminar part ? I hope to hear from you Sir. Again, thank you.
