You got a solid plan. Better to over plan it than do it wrong..especially with that size pipe, it's not so easy to undo a mistake. I would recommend getting a cement pad and leveling that under the boiler instead of the uni-strut. They sell them at supply houses and its just a matter of leveling it with wooden shims and them shoving cement under the pad if there is a big gap which it looks like you will have. Your gonna knock it off that uni-stut a million time trying to tighten your pipes and it might eventually rust and give you problems. I'm glad you are getting rid of the unnecessary bends, they are the worse especially if they are pitched wrong. Good luck bud.
Yep I'm gonna definitely level it out......I was leaning towards just pouring a small pad to make sure it's level but the pavers and shims is a really good idea and should be a lot easier......... Hopefully the 2 inch comes apart one way or another in salvageable condition.......=)
