Hey Annie, I haven’t been using a stabilizer.
However it’s always better that you use one.
Coming to the noise factor, Great question.
I don’t find it to be noisy, as normal as any other treadmill.
If maintained well I believe the noise factor will not be a problem :).

Nice review. But would like to have a clarity on the continuous duty power of the treadmill. This information is unclear online. It says 2hp online.whether it is continuous duty power or peak power is unclear. Please clarify this point. Amazon description says it has BMI too. Is it really there? Or are the details misleading?

TDM Is manual, cheaper
TDA is automatic, more expensive
If you are not looking for inclination then go for TDM

I have been using this for about 2 years now.
So far no issues at all, this is a manual incline, I don’t have the automatic incline version.
Overall I feel it’s worth the money.

I haven't used a running desk, but I don't think this may have space for that.
How important is the mat? And, do you have any suggestions regarding mats? I am planning to buy TDA 500 (I'm 117 kg)
Well the mat will help in two ways, one from not damaging the floor while you run and secondly it offers some grip.
Mine is a normal floor mat, seemed to work great for me, TDA-500, nice. I haven’t personally used it but I am planning to recut sometime soon

Don't buy powermax, i bought it for 45000 stopped working after 2 years normal use. now repair cost is 20000. Throwing away

overall its a wonderful value for money product.
so far i haven't used the lubrication, this can be used as per suggestion of service engineer or as per feel, if you feel its getting harder to move the belt then you may lubricate, i believe the person who comes home to set it up will provide the lubrication.
i believe i paid 28k(this is with the massager belt as seen in video).
i am sure you will enjoy this product.

Hey, yup the one i reviewed is TDM 100, not too sure on TDM 101.
the motor is the same as the 100, some few features are different, overall i feel its good.
cant give you an honest feedback on TDM101 as i have not used it :(.

So the flickering display is because that portion of the video was shot at 120 fps(frames per second) hence it was flickering, otherwise it does not flicker to the human eye.

If your buying in 2021, go for 230M because it has 3 year warranty.

Bro oru 18km/hr speed ulla tredmill suggest cheyamo. I was using one for last 5years. Now it got damaged. It had 2hp motor and max speed of 12km/hr. I want to upgrade now.
If you want to run at that speed I recommend running outdoors, treadmill restricts range of motion and can impact knees

Could you please suggest a best treadmill of any brand in a price range max...30-40k. Hi, this is a great treadmill within the price range, offers great features.
its been about 6 months since we purchased this and we have not faced any issues thus far.
However the team at power max keep calling us up and checking in if the machine is doing good, that for me is a positive sign.

Hi Manmohan, thank you for your question, regarding the jerk part, almost all treadmills have the same issue.
I just mentioned it as a point in the video, this is a by far “best value for money” product.
I recommend this as I have also purchased it.
My older treadmill also had a similar issue, nothing to worry about.

You will get a manual that mentions when to lubricate it.
Whenever you feel the belt getting dry you can apply lubricant

Irrespective of running, first take small steps, don’t directly get into running, start walking, reduce weight and then start running.
