Read 39 as the beggining of the millenium and 38 at the end and everything fits. Find a verse that doesn't fit the narrative. 39 beggining and 38 at end of millenium.
Satan overcomes the church physically, but not spiritually, remember, the saints of the most high (Christian's, the church) must be given onto the hands of the Antichrist for his entire reign, time, (one year) times (two years) and the dividing of time (half a year) according to Daniel 7:21-25 but the saints that were overcome in Revelation 13 (the church) they will possess the kingdom forever Daniel 7:26-27. So he overcomes the church physically, but not spiritually.

You was talkin good up to the point when it talks about Satan making war with the Saints I think it means exactly what it says you gave a very sad excuse for the scripture because you believe that the Rapture happen before Satan comes on the scene and this scripture clearly states just read it black and white very simple you don't need to twist it
