If you attack quickly without getting a bunch of standing, then the first few hearts won't have a feral. Most of them still do, but the first ones will be easier at least
Can you explain: 39:35 "i should also be refueling during the second part not the first"? Parts of what? Hitting the plague heart? EDIT: Oh, they're popping and doing damage. Twice?
So I was saying "fart" not "part". When a heart gets knocked down to about 2/3 health and then again at about 1/3 health, it'll let out a gas attack. If you're caught in it, it'll deal you damage, a little plague, and likely lower your max stamina with a lung injury, so you definitely don't want to breathe that. The first "fart" (at 2/3 hp remaining) only lasts just a couple seconds and the second fart lasts a lot longer, so it would have been better to do the long action of refueling the car during the second fart when I can't melee the heart anyways.
Mickey Wilkerson is a Trumbull Valley-specific story mission NPC. Because he is critical to the story missions, he can't die. This makes him an amazing distraction while I focus down the plague hearts. Usually, he'll get swarmed outside by zombies & ferals while I have just a handful of zombies inside to deal with while I beat down the heart. Long story short: he isn't required to complete the run, but I think it could be faster overall to drive up and get him since he makes each heart faster & easier by being there.
Now repeat the same thing only without Mickey Wilkerson, who pulls a bunch of zombies on himself and is immortal, I'm sure you won't succeed in 1:32:52
well, the point of a speedrun is to complete the objective as quickly as possible - not make it as difficult on yourself as possible. if you prefer challenge runs, i did post a lethal lone wolf series where i added an additional rule for every map i cleared. here's a video of me clearing the last 3 hearts on drucker with no fire, no zedhunter items, only crossbows, and only kicking to damage the hearts: ruclips.net/video/jgzBI4gNYbs/видео.html. its only 87 kicks per heart, iirc, so it doesn't even really take that long to do
I feel like you may have had mods installed. The player is moving too quick while fatigued, and fewer than 1/2 zombies even aggro when Mickey isn't around. You stand next to zombies and yet still no aggro. Sus.
Driving backwards doesn't damage vehicle, didn't know this, glad I found this video
This was insane! I am trying lethal zone for weeks now and still not finished 1 game. Respect.
That was impressive and fun to watch. I learned a lot from you, amazing job!
lethal zone is so peaceful until you start encountered feral
That was entertaining. Good job!
I'll start using Mickey. Great speedrun!
lol I spent like 18 days in lethal mode on the first run
Another banger. ( As usual) 🥶🥶
well done!
where are the blood ferals !? 0o they spawn without fail when i engage a heart
