I’m loving this dude. I need his wind relic, and I’ll immediately 6 star him. Mine is level 50 and has about 167 speed, 27 crit, and about 70 crit damage. Room for improvement, but damn he wrecks
He is a tarrasque specialist, he is better in fire for that. Also, the attack gauge reduction is very strong against that fast boss, and attack speed reduction too.

aren`t his Fire and Wind A3 do the exact same thing with exact same scaling?
