Great to see our master teaching the kata that made him famous through Mie Nakayama's unforgettable performances in the 80's. These made me want to become a Shito Ryu practitioner. Never would I imagine that in some years I'd be performing Nipaipo before Soke Inoue during my 4th dan grading and being complimented by him on "his kata", as he said. He'll be forever deeply missed. Hopefully one day we'll be able to be together again and share some good laughs, a drink and puff some cigarettes.

I can still remember how late Soke has taught us this kata and I still keep the recorded DVD.
