The Interim Bail of Kanjadiwal is a *BLACK DAY* for Our Judicial System. The Trust of Masses in Judiciary is going to take further steep downhill path. It is a very dangerous trend and there is a dire need to reform the judiciary.
On the bail order day and the day preceeding it,the judges seems to be acting shamelessly more or less like defendant lawyers

Judicial service commission should replace collegium system. If needed few partisan judges should be impeached.
The judges salary is paid out of taxpayers money but they have all the time to hear the politicians but common people are languishing in jails,then why should we pay them,let them take their salaries from those politicians and their parties
100 % agree that people have lost faith in judiciary. Fear of judiciary is to stop Modiji's onslaught on corruption so that ED, CBI etc. don't land in the lawns of judiciary. I fully agree with commentator. SC is most discredited institution in the country. Our problem with SC doesn't start with collegium system.
