Just something for you to take note which I also recently got to know after joining a bto chat group, that is in Singapore, in case of a house fire ( touch wood ) that's cause by a electric appliance without safety mark sticker ( you know those that you see when you buy locally appliances ) you will not be able to claim fire insurance. So you really need to be careful when using them.
