I do know most candlestick patterns, but there nothing wrong with reviewing them. My problem is I do not make any effort to stop and think about them, unless they are so obvious such as morning and evening stars as well as some others which you mentioned.
why is the opening candle not the same as where the candle closed from before. If it ends at 12:00 and the other starts at 12:00:0000001 shouldnt they be the same?

why is the opening price at 13:00 lower than the closing price for 12: 00? should't two lines be the same?
I think the first transaction of the 13:00 range can difere from the previous closing
