This dance here is a stripped down, basic form of the dance titled "Perpetual Motion", choreographed by Anna Barton, at the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland. The variation here does not contain some of her more subtle steps (crosses, slight lifts, hand and head movements, etc). The music is called Menoussis and it is Greek.

Hey guys, this dance is the Greek circle dance, Menoussis, and I should know because I have done it plenty of times myself with Rosey Fagg's circle dance group in Tewkesbury (which sadly no longer runs, as poor dear Rosey is unfortunately no longer here) and with Kris Lee's circle dance group in Cheltenham (which is sadly not running at the moment, due to Covid). But where is the ending of the music, that you are playing? It is supposed to end with the vocalists humming, and all of you sway gently left and right, to the ending of the music!

What's the name of this music?

      Sounds like Menoussis to me

I'm not sure what the music is as this circle dance was inspired at in the moment and one of the pilgrims had the music on their iPhone. I'm sorry!
