Blood pressure lower than 90/60 is considered too low. So Allison is almost to that point so she definitely needs to raise it , 120/80 is normal.

Could be because at a young age she was drinking energy drinks . Yes she doesn’t drink sugar but check how much sugar those have . I’d say give those up a bit . See if it makes a difference. Best of luck

CNA here that blood pressure is a little low for her age? I’d look into it perfect is 120/80. 90/64 isn’t terrible but 64 is low typically what i see in older patients

Ali I struggle with this as well and im the same age as u I avoid pineapple and blueberries and cinnamon because these lower my blood pressure very quickly try and add dates to ur diet

Ali if you have low blood pressure you are at risk of fainting so don’t get up quickly from sitting or from lying down and if you feel light headed just sit down and you will be ok. You could also naturally have lower blood pressure so if it doesn’t correct itself they can give you medication if they are worried

You could have grilled chicken and salad for lunches, grilled Turkey with salad. Turkey mince in a wrap with salad. Grilled chicken in a wrap with salad. Salmon or fish with a heap of veggies for dinner.

i’m supposed to be starting accutain i actually just got my pills that’s exactly what i thought would happen if i was to go on birth control (gain weight) but i haven’t gained any weight at all and it actually completely cleared up my skin so i don’t have to go on accutain anymore it regulates ur hormones so if you get cystic pimples it will clear all of those up ask your dermatologist about yas birth control most people specifically start that one (also the one i’m on) just for their acne because it’s known to completely clear it up

It's better to eat healthy taks simple steps listen to your parents life experienced mom ., I want and I would love tol see you live the best life you could happiness and the videos or at least knowing you are all good healthy and succeeding in life.
