To be fair if anyone has no idea about japanese names it is forgivable to mistake her for a man at first glance, the art of the card is quite ambigous, one has look at it with a little bit of attention to notice the delicate features of the face and that the subject represented in the art has breasts, certainly a proper build for an infiltrator, saboteur or assassin kunoichi but not for one of the other kind.
This presents a cheap, fun archetype not often seen in mono-blue. If you mixed some mill/control into it all, you could very easily have a mid-tier deck. Definately a good starting commander for people just getting into EDH.

In the other language translation they use feminine words. Always fun finding out that cards like Goblin Chainwhirler is a girl.
