    This is exactly what I needed. I opened the window to hear the birds sing (it's springtime here) . It helps so much to evacuate stress and fear. TY Ashley.

    This yin yoga was incredible and exactly what I needed at this very moment. I was in the emergency room with a heart problem a few days ago and doing this slow flow was very nourishing and brought me back to peace. It never ceases to amaze me at how what I need is always provided and how we are all connected in our giving and taking. I'm sending much love to you for providing this. 💓

    Yoga poses are considered full body mudras. There's a book called Unleashed by Patrick Neal where the author delves into the science of yoga poses along with more spiritual stuff. I'd love to hear your take on this one
