      都是極品美味,你會愛上這家店的食物,老闆做什麼都很用心,但不容易賺,成本高又不敢漲價,希望可以替老闆多拉些生意!!!

    鹹蛋黃中卷很有創意的料理,頭一次看到。用料實在橫切面也美。只要是鹹蛋黃做的料理我都愛吃,鹹蛋黃吃起來就是特別香。鼎邊銼聽過但沒吃過。今天介紹的料理都很有創意。👍👍中午看肚子很餓🤤🤤

      我不敢吃一整顆蛋黃,但是這種弄碎的我可以,超好吃的
      鼎邊銼我是第一次吃到,一種特別的處理米的製法

      因為我找店家的時間成本很高,會經過3個人的篩選,google評論也會看過,知道是好吃的食物後,還要看製程的精采度,然後跟店家事前、事後的溝通,每個影片都是精心製作,覺得我都快不行了,太累了

      因為競爭大,就像做youtuber也是,很多人以為門檻低就跑來做,下場當然是...
      所以做吃的能做起來,要花費的工夫甚至比念書、去公司上班還要多

      試試看,你不會後悔的,不過鼎邊趖是吃一個口感,本身味道很淡,米類製品,所以主要是湯品跟配料在提味哦

      Haha, that's not possible, because Taiwanese people's wages are very low, so expensive food will make it impossible for the people to live.

    the stuffed squid was interestig, we love this dish in Italy soooooo much but we use very different filling. If I am right, this was a sort of ham, preserved egg yolk and green peas. Missed the seasoning of the filling

      @@flyingmousefood thank you 🥰 please try if you can. Our filling ist mostly of tuna, bread crumbs, shallots, allot of herbs and spice, of course an egg for binding.

    the squid roll remind me of a japanese dish...
    stuff rice inside squid and cook in soya sauce.
    i think if remove the pea inside will be more popular.
    maybe can tempura the slice squid roll.
    Actually octopus meat very very difficult to cook, it very very hard and tough and is tasteless....

      But the peas give the squid roll a nice color and a tastier look.😆
      I don't know how to cook rice, and I have never cooked octopus, but Taiwanese chef's octopus dishes are all delicious, they just need to be served with sauces.🤗
