I state in the description you need to get a target exclusive Elite hulk hogan figure in the US to get a code for this persona card I put a video up of my code to show how to unlock them but the code is only one time use

I got hulk hogan it does have locker code but it blank paper ​@alex5345

@@Jonathanakeley1 sorry to hear that the paper should not be blank it should have a code printed on it at the very bottom of the figure box my advice would be to go back to the store you purchase it and return and try another Elite Hulk Hogan figure with the box saying Locker code inside
