I’ve got a ‘23 Elantra SEL thinking of upgrading the front door speakers like you, would it increase the bass as well by adding just these in? Or would I need a subwoofer also?
By upgrading the door woofers, I noticed a cleaner mid bass sound, but not an increase in bass. I would suggest a subwoofer to increase the overall bass.

Have you check to see if they made a wire harness adapter for the door speaker recently?

Thank you! I’m sorry, but I don’t have a mic cable of capturing the sound properly. I plan to do a video later this week describing my impressions of the sound and how it differs from the factory speakers. Also, going over the center speaker and how it changes the sound.

No, I’m sorry, I’m going to keep them, so I can put them back in the car, when I go to sell it. I don’t plan to sell the car with the audio equipment left in it.
does it void warranty of multimedia in car by doing same process that you did
Any modification you do to the car can potentially void the warranty of the system of the car you’ve modified. It depends on what you’ve done, weather it was the cause of the issue, the dealership you’re dealing with, and if the manufacturer wants to deny a warranty claim. As far as audio and media modifications, I’ve not had any issues, so I’ve never had to make a warranty claim on a car’s media system.

Also - the item pictures aren't loading in your kit. Is it something on my end?
I used the 1/4” thick foam on the front of the speaker and the 1/8” foam on the backside that touches the body of the car. I also added a new product today, precut foam speaker rings for the front of the speaker as another option. I’m sorry they aren’t loading. That may be on your end, as they are loading fine for me.
I forgot, I used the 1/8” foam between the back of the speaker and the speaker adapter and then on the backside of the adapter and the body of the car.
Do those speaker brackets also work for the rear?
For the rear, I believe you’ll need Scosche SAKA-656.
I'm thinking about changing my speakers out in my 2022 Elantra, quick question, to my knowledge, the factory front door tweeters are at full range frequencies?
I don’t believe that’s correct. The speaker has a crossover soldered on to it within its housing.
The system I went with also had an inline crossover with its tweeter.

Hi! How did you wire the inline crossovers with the factory wires? Thanks for your help :)
I have a similar question. The alpines you linked have 2 wire set connections. Should I use that second set of terminals to connect the crossover/tweeter? Or connect the crossover/tweeter wire to the factory tweeter wires?

Inline crossovers are already built into the speaker wire, hence why it's called an inline crossover
Did you have to reset all the settings after disconnecting the battery?
No, I didn’t have to reset all my settings in the car.
