🥰💖💜💙💚💛🧡❤️ Darling traveling duo Steve and gorgeous Michele, and Rick!! (The unintentional parcel snatcher.😂) Please, please take Rick with you.. he's such a great partner to have. Looks good, though the price can make your eyes water.. you all deserve the very best.❤❤❤ Much love!!
I ordered online and received last week 2 of the Beef Wellington and 2 Steak and Kidney pies. I did some due diligence before ordering as we have family who are Beef Farmers in that area and all the reports were very positive. Had the pies earlier this week and they were amongst the top two or three I have ever eaten. I'll be interested to see/heat what you make of your haul.
@@paulwood5803 Hi Paul, that's good to hear, unfortunately I'm not able to share video of the meat in play as we have been too busy with catching up and chilling, I can report the lasagna was great and the meat and beef Wellington has been super. A little disappointed with the bacon, it was good but not outstanding.. Steve
As for me, I prefer going to my local supermarket and getting my fresh meats as needed. Not a fan of having to store frozen meats , defrost and cook. Have a great one.
I think we can all agree. However most the opportunity to shop here in the UK is supermarkets and the meat is mostly imported and poor quality. This meat was very good but yes, I too would far prefer to buy from a local supplier.. thanks BW
@@buddyhek by the time you get discounts it bought the order down to 100, the same meat order from Asda or similar seemed to cost at least that and the quality imo seems better. I would say they send through some great offers, it's a shame I'm not there. I just got a mail offering 12 fillets medallion for 12 pounds. So that's when it pays but who knows, I'll probably never have the chance to try them.
I am American and I recognize none of this meat. Your bacon is even different than ours...the sausage here comes in a loaf to make patties or a cellulose/intestines casing. The bacon here is fatty and tasty.
@@jamesbowe7746 Perhaps, but the same meat at a national supermarket nearby was more expensive. Meat here seems costly across the board.. what do you think..
Donald Russell - seriously over priced! try one of the award winning organic farms selling direct to customers online, the meat is excellent & good prices too. No need to pay Donald Russell prices to get decent meat. Stay well clear of the cheap meat selling on the internet 😉
Whatever happened to old fashioned bacon, it used to have rind and fat on it.
Whatever indeed, I make it myself when I'm home, it's the only way to get that flavour Julia.. 👍
Try their beef rib trim and make a casserole. Melts in the mouth and tastes amazing
A great selection of meats and other dishes. The dry ice sublimating looks like you are at a rock concert. Cheers, Steve and Michelle! 👍👍✌️
Thanks 👍 Dwayne.. We are just old kids after all LOL
I’ve ordered from them a few times and everything was good . The steaks and chops are very good
Hello Steve, have used Donald Russell for many years. Always recommend them to friends. Good quality meats and a fair price
@@AllanNeaves-qn3zr Great to hear Allan, thanks 👍
They are very good but frozen, I have used them before, try " wild meat company" or " field and flower " all very good and just chilled
@@stevedavies7722 yes both those companies very good 👍🏻

Me personally, I’d rather just buy the meat from brick and mortar stores, it’s a lot easier, just being honest.
I can agree with that Byron.. You make a good point ..
Decent meat, but totally overpriced, has been for years.

I would agree. It's good but expensive.
I used code DMZMTA for 25% off which is a great deal

Looks well overpriced to me. 🤔
