I am quite impressed with this machine and to tell you the truth i think you will have a good market in South Africa with the Cricket and Rugby and Football Stadiums with the lovely line cut and all the attachments and even for the normal gardener that goes out to do clients lawns will love this machine Regards Albie
Oh what a lovely piece of craft machine. So much use it would have, had i been younger now! There IS A MARKET out there, beyond the amenity and sport, for the provision of a total lawn care service to private property owners of larger lawns.
I bought Allett Kessington 20H in November 2021 and it has not worked for a day. The safety latch wont engage to cut grass,it cuts and disengage intermittently.I contacted US office and she told me the part shipped 3 weeks ago and still waiting to receive the part. The lady in US office wont take my call or reply my mails again I wrote to London office and they wont reply. It is frustrating that i would be treated so badly by Allett after paying so much for their mower.
@@ALLETTMOWERSUK Thank you for the reply! In our case we have a southern exposure lawn that get full sun from 8 am until sun set. Even with daily irrigation it can get stressed in spots when temps get above 90* F. But last year I kept it at 3 inches and it was great. I currently use a Fiskars reel that actually goest to 4 inches. I’m not sure I could keep the grass alive at less than 2 inches in the summer.
@@ALLETTMOWERSUK I have! He’s a great guy it seems and I have been learning a lot from his channel. As a side note, it’s great seeing a manufacturer interact with viewers, though your mowers are outside of the price range of many it’s nice to see that you care about your product and potential customers concerns. That alone has value!
I'm jealous!!! This guy is mowing grass wearing oxford dress shoes and I don't even own a pair. Anyway, My home sits on a .18 acre lot. So I suppose the KENSINGTON 17H or LIBERTY 43. Hmm, my backyard has a downward hill so the gasoline mower would work best.
Ricky. I live in VA and have one of these mowers. Be glad you didn't get one. These mowers aren't cheap and it has been nothing but a problem. The support is pathetic and the UK doesn't stand behind their product. I have been working with a dealer in SC who has done their best to help but there is only so much they can do. I have sent a message to the UK and had the dealer in SC send it for me also and Allette UK didn't even have the courtesy to respond. That is pretty poor customer service. Stick to something made in the USA that has a dealer that will service your needs.
What a great piece of equipment made by a well respected company. A great video 👍🏻
Thank you so much for your nice video! I do learn a lot!
I watch this over and over and over

Are special tools needed to backlap the C series mowers?

Sure wish these could cut up to 2-2.5 inches. Our lawn does best around that height.
