switching to diet/zero sugar drinks was like the best and easiest thing for me, because it completely put a stop to my acid reflux immediately! if i even drink a small amount of regular soda now, it makes my heart feel like it's gonna fall out of my ass and just generally awful. seriously, once you give up real sugar sodas, you can never go back lol. it also saves you a ton of calories for actual food.

I've had a piercing in my tongue for a while (assuming thats the one you want to get cuz teeth) and I never had issues. If your piercer does it properly it shouldnt be touching your teeth or gums at all so ur teeth will stay good :D
