@@Bois-n9s it's not necessarily going all 21 days without eating, please - either 6am to 12 noon/3pm/6pm, whatever you're led by the Holy Spirit to do; you should have something in particular you're fasting for, though it could be general.
You have to be committed to prayer and Bible study, otherwise you're only starving yourself.
One thing is that it was a group, so that probably was a form of motivation. We prayed together online each morning, afternoon and evening, led by various men/women of God.
It is doable, though it might seem daunting at the beginning; God will give you grace.
Today marks Day 21 for us 🙏
