Interesting. To be honest, I wouldn't be all that angry if he winked at someone. Youre single, he is single. All is fair until someone puts a ring on it. Also, I can easily see winking not really meaning that much. But if he doesnt make you happy, then why bother.
He was out of line and, yes, very disrespectful! Thank goodness for your friend coming forward rather than keeping silent. FYI from an older woman who has been through this-cultivate more platonic relationships. Sometimes they take time to develop; but from these relationships true love can show up❤
He was trying to hold your hand under the table while winking at your girlfriend?!!? Soooo inappropriate, disgusting, and my stomachache twisted all up as well when you said it. I am sorry for your broken heart, but glad that you were able to see who he really was.

Our style is completely different. I’m more influenced by European style, but still continue to watch. Funny you say linen looks cheap and other stylists refer to it as Old Money/Rich style. I happen to love linen. Can’t win them all. 😂

@@SuzanaPaklar I dont think she looks cheap. I agree with her about wide leg high rise. Mid rise given me camel toe, and low rise is silly, and so are bubble skirts. So she is right about lots of things. NO ONE has the right or wrong answer to fashion. Its all just opinions.

Leopard print can vary so much, I love your friend's leopard print jeans, the print is small and chic, not keen on the handbag by Jaquemus tbh. Please do a whole video on double denim - or even triple denim, as you can always have a Levi's tote, which is quite structured and strong too if you need to go shopping. I also love faux fur, I've invested in various jackets, coats, different thicknesses, different collars, they are timeless and don't have to be at all expensive. I have even washed in the washing machine an inexpensive faux fur jacket after a pet "accident" and it washed just fine.
Lovely Heather, when a man (or anyone, including friends and family members) treat you badly or in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable, ask yourself, "Where is the love in that?" If there is no love, don't have these people in your life. When it comes to relationships, I often despair because if someone like you (good-looking, intelligent, successful) can't find a good person, what is the hope for the rest of us? I have beautiful, smart friends who are so unsuccessful in their relationships and who deserve better. You deserve better too lovely Heather. It's depressing for me too because I'm not very successful or good-looking, but I won't settle for the "bottom of the barrel", I'd rather be on my own, luckily I am not needy in that way, some people need to be with someone, I don't, I am quite happy on my own and can do without relationships, I also don't want to share my space anymore, I love living on my own and enjoying my home and garden with my cat. Nordstrom has been doing leopard every year for like 20 + years! I think it is a classic instead of a trend at this point because I love it every fall. I got my Mom a leopard print crossbody in calf hair several years ago from nsale for a really reasonable price and she never wears it! I may have to go “borrow it.” 😂

For example the NSALE blue leather l’agence jacket is adorable but I can tell it is really for petite or maybe normal torso by the way it looks on the model. It is floating above her hip bones and looks awkward. Please try it on, tell us your torso length (regular vs petite vs longer). Also it looks in the reviews like it requires to size up. So please also tell us this on the 8th/9th/10th before it is gone!!!

Then you admitted to yourself who and what he was but you let him buy you and your friends drinks because it appealed to your ego to have a man show off what he could do for your friends thinking it was about you and making you look good in front of your friends. Then he showed who and what he was again by winking at your friend. He wanted attention, you all let him disrupt your night and make it about him and what he wants. When he shows up and is a distraction from what you need and want he is pulling you away from preserving your energy for the right person. He is a really manipulative and destructive person that will constantly take advantage of you and other people because you are hoping that it will become something it will not. I feel for you and am not judging you at all. This is a good person to practice on for setting boundaries, standing up for yourself and moving on quickly and efficiently. Hi Heather, I’m met you last summer R&D kitchen. I sure you don’t remember me but recently I bought a white Jean dress I love it and my husband loved it. I got a lot of compliments the night I wore it ,thank you. that was definitely flirting and good for you for believing your friend something like that happened to me and I lost that friendship for a while because she believed him over me.
I laughed about the burgundy bag. I have one that is 25 years old, but I don’t use is in a dust bag and I won’t part with it. As to him, no shame at all for you from us! Did you feel duped? I don’t agree that the puffy dress / skirt means that you are looking for attention. It’s simply a trend that accentuates your waist and gives the inverted triangle ladies a proportionate look.
I think at the very beginning by him saying he wasn’t looking for commitment might have been a red flag. That pretty much says he open to be with anyone. Very disrespectful what he did. If I were to see him again i wouldn’t acknowledge him.
I like feeling appropriate, attractive and stylish in my clothes. I usually like something that I’m wearing to be extra special.
He was truthful from the beginning as to not wanting to commit, etc. Take these statements seriously. As he described his true self at that initial meeting.

I've had the exact thing happen to me. Totally humiliated when my girlfriend told me he was hitting on one of my best friends. I was glad she told me though. I too got sick to my stomach. But I guess that's what it took for me to get out of that toxic relationship.
I think men like that have very poor self esteem and try to prove their worth, attractiveness etc. by seeing how many women they can get to fall for them. It's disgusting and weak! One you finally see it, staying away is easy...
