Very late, but enemies to lovers is a very common trope, but it is also the trope people mess up the most. It is surprisingly difficult to find a sufficiently substantial reason for two enemies to get feelings for each other, and when you mess up you have to buy Bleach for everyone. Some people make the duo frenemies to start with, others do the 'your cute when your angry' which always goes south, then others push them into a situation where they have to work together. For the final option, it is easy to think of a situation pushing the 2 together, but it is also hard to justify the occurence of said situation. If they are enemies, it is unlikely they get into trouble together.
