Collisions weren't uncommon during either of the world wars, especially in chasing, evading, and formation flying. Some planes were even designed to survive intentional collisions. IL-2 simulates this better then any other flight sim so I use that to my advantage for crash videos.

wtf why are they always crashing into each other? no pilot would do that. thats not realistic.
