21:05 They thought they would start a new life with Guts as their leader, but sadly that did not sadly happen. Seeing this, I can see why Griffith in his own twisted way did what he did: Sever ties with the Band of the Hawks and sacrifice them, and brutalize Casca in front of Guts.
It upsets me to think that if Guts had known what he wanted earlier, then this could all have been avoided and they might still be living amazing lives from all they earned.
Same but honestly I can’t handle the idea of Guts existing peacefully with a monster like Griffith. It’s better that Guts knew what Griffith truly was.
I like the English dub I think the voice actors did amazing...no complaints. I hate how Griffith says a man needs his own dream to be his friend in yet he feels betrayed and confused when Guts goes after his. I feel like I missed out on something by not watching the anime, I only went through the manga quickly
Never watched the anime but i knew of this theme from long time and I love it.
And today I watched guts theme playing into the anime i realised its very much impactful and bittersweet. Leave a void in me
9:20-10:05, such powerful words that can be used today. You must speak these words to yourself and become the dream you wished to be.
An entire episode worth...
“Why don’t I ever realize what I have until it’s lost to me” 21:34 hits hard.
I think the final scene when everyone is asking Guts if they can come with him is the saddest scene in hindsight
"I find you much to my liking"
-Griffith
At 17:12 it was the moment was a happy and soon to be the Beautiful scene in the anime and the manga. Our man guts and Casca be happy with Each other. In all honesty if the ending is where guts can be with casca Without triggering the tragic memories for her, that will be the perfect ending for it…
21:05 They thought they would start a new life with Guts as their leader, but sadly that did not sadly happen.
It’s better that Guts knew what Griffith truly was.
this song is enough to make a group of grown men cry
I hope the new studio capture the feelings of these characters. I hope it'll be better than the 3D CG version
7:40
Griffith: "Friends? Making a lot of assumptions right now."
Me and my comrades, we were talking at school peeing in the bathroom stalls. And so we speak about life and this song comes up. It was beautiful.
I like the English dub I think the voice actors did amazing...no complaints. I hate how Griffith says a man needs his own dream to be his friend in yet he feels betrayed and confused when Guts goes after his. Guts even came back for him and would have destroyed the castle to do it...the band didnt deserve being sacrificed like that. I can't wait until we see the conclusion of Griffith and Guts lol gonna be epic. 😮
This show is one of the only few shows that I can wholeheartedly recommend the dub over the sub
After miura... This song this scenes..
This manga this anime... This world... Hit different
5:06 goosebumps
"My love for you is like a truck, Berserker."
Don't read the bias comments that the dub "sucks" it's better to have your own experience than let someone else's destroy it.
I don't care what anyone else says
I like dub.
It fits the the Story of Berserk since it takes place in Medieval Europe
Yeah
I like this.
Little Guts!! Run and find Godo, work on a farm!! Get away from Gambino and this life!! XD
"Why dont I ever realize what i have until its lost me."
At this moment he does realize and it will soon be taken away.
