Hey Alan! Been a minute since I’ve been on YT!😂. Pro tip for next time… use a Step Drill Bit (like $5 @Harbor Freight). Used them when I used to have my business; sharper, neater, cleaner, etc.
That's an XTL5000 O5 control head up top, and the bottom is from a GE Orion or Harris M7100 (same head)... The wiring and trays you have in the back are for the radios. Those are just the control heads up front. Ignore ANYONE that says you can't have those... they have no clue what they're talking about.
Awesome Crown Vic video. I always look forward to seeing your videos. Definitely want to see you get another Crown Vic. This is my ultimate dream car. Sadly in Wisconsin, any Vic's are basically rusted out. I'll have to settle for my 2014 Chevy Impala limited title branded as police, but not actually a 9c1or 9c3.
Crazy how prices for vehicles are now. I bought my 2014 Chevy Impala limited at a Wisconsin surplus auction last July with 43,500 miles on it for $7,500. Recently a 2012 Impala with 123,000 miles on it went for the same price. Hope to see a new video from you soon.
Under Florida law the light has to be "blue" to be considered law enforcement. Red flashing lights are 100% legal on the rear in Florida. Different states have different rules. Car is literally registered as "NOT COP" - so it's pretty clear. I have 5 cars, this one lives on my property 99% of the time.
I left you a message on a different video that you posted asking you if you had all that equipment that came in the car when you first bought the car if you do I will purchase everything from you
"Florida-man spec"
That's the most amazing thing I've ever heard, I'm stealing that term. 😂😂😂
Hi TheCopCar, how it doing? Exciting content, I’ll be glad to use it in my videos, are you mind?

Good idea! I'm always looking for an excuse to get another random tool!

The radios aren’t illegal to possess, they are illegal to transmit on agency frequencies.

Yeah, salt is not kind to cars up north. I lived in Maryland for several years, and that stuff is quick to eat cars.
Love the Vic man! Laws are different in every state. Pretty sure your good on the radios though.
Alan, more CrownVic content please.

The auctions are depressing right now - everyone is paying up to and beyond retail prices. Definitely no deals to be had.
Awesome
Thanks!
How’d you pull out the rear end black piece that’s crazy 🔥
do you still have you manik push bar or did you get rid of it? I'm looking for one but can't find one anywhere :(
Neat stuff!
Thanks!
I have a 2006 Crown Vic P71 and when I turn on the headlights, the odometer Black's out....and help ?
How do I get those?
Wouldn't this make it illegal if you're not a cop technically?
