At last you accepted and acknowledged that you get lots of support from West Bengal and Kolkata, I am also born and brought up in Kolkata now staying in Faridabad. So my support is tripled as my native town is Mainpuri.
As you said Pengong like place should be around in Gurugram too, as you are an engineer hence make one for all in Gurugram as well or ask govt. to make one, you already have Pahadi between Gurugram and Faridabad.
