At UNIOR Components (former Zastava Tools) we are manufacturing world-class broaching tools for internal, surface, and helical broaching. Our team of experts designs the tools, while complex manufacturing operations are executed on our state-of-the-art equipment. Heat treatment in salt baths, as a crucial step of the process, is carried out in our facility.
As part of our QA procedure, our tools are tested and the test workpiece is delivered to the customer. Governing the complete manufacturing process allows us to provide excellent quality at competitive prices and the shortest lead times in the industry.
UNIOR Components is recognized as a leader in the European market where we have a proven track record with high-profile customers like BMW, Daimler, AUDI, ZF and MTU Aero Engines.
In addition, we have a long tradition of serving the defense* industry and we are extremely proud of our broaching tools for firearm components, including upper and lower receivers, rifled barrels, barrel extensions, pistol slides and frames.
