Any recommendations for water points that do not have an official labeling system? If I upload water points that we've sampled in a town, if an enumerator returns the following year to map infrastructure, aside from the gps location, how would they really know that this is the same site? Best practices for this?

We see the description field commonly used to provide more detail about where the site is, for example next to a school or other prominent building. Making sure the site type is accurate also helps. Once using the app to track or update site data, the best option is to also take one or more photos of the site itself.

Thanks for the interesting video. It's a bit complicated to do it the first time, but I think I'll manage for the next one. One question I do have though: the number of let's say fixed attributes of a site are limited to a set of predefined attributes, so if I want to add addtional attributes (e.g. diameter of the well, number of female users, geology), then I have to do this through a number of survey questions. However, when I import these questions through the way you describe, then these attributes will somehow remain "hidden" behind a survey. Is there a way to overcome this? Ideally I would like to show fixed attributes the moment you click on a waterpoint. Thanks a lot for your support!

Thanks for the feedback! If you do create a survey and link it to the site, you and users with relevant permissions will be able to click into the site and then directly into the survey, so not a lot of extra complexity is added in order to see the additional attributes. However, we do offer partner organizations the ability to add a small number of custom fields directly into custom configurations of the app. These would only be visible to you and your organization, but could indeed be seen directly in the site. You can learn more about custom configs here: portal.mwater.co/#/resource_center/custom_config. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact info@mwater.co

Is it possible to automatically fill response from first survey question, in to the second survey question? i.e. What is the first quarter sales price 'this must be directly from the survey response"

Not directly, but take a look at our cascading questions where you can take users down paths that you choose: portal.mwater.co/#/resource_center/using_cascading_question_list
