GL with the Dr visit ... sounds like circulation or mineral deficiency thing, should be able to advise you some things to help.

Thanks!!! they believe its a pitched nerve fro the way I was positioned during surgery. I hope your feeling better I've seen your IG posts.

Girl you're doing amazing!!! The weight loss is very much like a roller coaster in the beginning. Hopefully your leg issue is just a little nerve snaffoo. Maybe weight is shifting or where you had surgery inside affected some nerve paths. Hang in there and keep at it girly!! 😘💗😘💗💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🎢🎢🎢🎢

I am so happy to hear that you are doing better, slowly yet surely, and getting the water and protein in. It is hard, haha, and when you finally can do it easily, we just dont want to, haha!

lol Thanks!!! I can't wait until I can get water in easily. I think I avoid it because I find it difficult, which is not great lol. BTW your looking amazing!!!

I had that after I had my hysterectomy, they told me it's a bit of nerve damage from the way they had me laying during surgery. It was like that for months!! It did eventually go away. It will be interesting to hear what your told. Hugs

Have you done your measurements? .. that will help you see your progress when the scale isn't moving

Hi Shoshana, you're doing great! I can really see a difference in your face from your earlier videos. I bet you're losing inches; are you doing measurements? Only 2 weeks until I join you; save me a spot on the losers bench!

Thanks!!! I did measurements before surgery and around 5 weeks out I have lot about 30 inches. I defiantly recommend doing your measurements. your spot is ready on the bench.

Try not to get so upset about the scales moving fast. Mine did the same thing the first few weeks and around week 10 it started picking up (even though I still have stall weeks). I think it is just our bodies adjusting and trying to figure what is going on. As long as you are doing what your supposed to do, things will work out. How did the strawberries go for you? My dietician told me that sometimes some people dump with them and I am afraid to try one. Hopefully you will find out what is going on with your leg. Have a great week. :)

Thanks!!! I am trying to be patient with the scale but you know we want into happen over night. I only eat about 3 strawberries at a time. I have been fine with it I was told to start with berries then other soft fruit. I have also tried raspberries. there isn't that much sugar in them. My doctor believes I probably have a pinch nerve in my leg probably from the surgery and the way they positioned me. It should get better on its own.
