If you don’t have a galan or hulkling, venom is honestly one of the best Peni Parker counters. He’s got the power burn and drain immunity on tech champs, and Peni can bleed.

@@waynewayne8419 not every hit is a guaranteed crit only hits with the nunchucks, first medium first light and second medium, his crit rating is 32%
@@jacobchampagne2118 so you wanna change his rotation from guaranteed critical attacks to 32% critical chance lmao

Seatin doesn't do tier lists anymore. He's taking the game a lot more casual these days and the tier lists require a level of knowledge that can only come through intense gameplay and testing.
Hulk would be unstoppable 7* showcase

Many others ones are just excited 7 Rank 1 champs will be equivalent to 6 rank 4 and a bit stronger
That's just pretty cool all materials for a rank 4 might be saved to a rank 2 7 star and some Top 6 will be still great to rank up
