Folks- she has taken time to show something different. Whether you want to try or not is up to you but please do not mock. In South Indian weddings, they do display sugar art pieces. For heaven’s sake, she is not trying to be a master chef here
The only thing I was able to deduce was "sugar". However, using variety of small molds for chocolates (and other) ... the sky is the limit. It would be great for creating small decorations for deserts, cakes (providing the bonding agent was edible) or ornaments/decorations (non edible) to commemorate special occasions . I wish I knew exactly, what binding agent was used to create the ones she's showing, and if they melt after a while. Either way, I like the ingenuity :-) Thank you for the ideas :-)
Yes, it seems like a silly art project. The pieces appear to be glued with white glue, even though I know it is actually some sort of powdered-sugar icing. It also appears she is using a coarse granulated sugar, and only just a few drops of water, then mixed until it is crumbly textured. Press it firmly into the molds, the same way you build sand-castles at the beach. Turn them over onto your platter, remove the molds and let them sit for about 2 hours, as she says. This allows them to harden. (Ever gotten wet sugar stuck on the counter? it's harder than you think and is hard to break up.) Would be prettier in my opinion if, instead of water, she used a few drops of food coloring or gel colourant for the moistening agent.
Very well done. However I don't speak the language and there's no written recipe, ingredients and how to make it. Please would you upload these information. Many thanks
Peace and blessings. I am always looking for new ideas to implement in my daily operations that is why I came to your site. ....but I didn't understand what you said. I understand English and Spanish only. Thank you. 2/7/18. 9:11. PM
idk why u ppl complain ..i think its cute and nice idea for some events ...just bc u dont have creativity dont spoil others videos with ur waisted comments..thouht i wouldnt mind if the video posting person give some kind of explaining what or how she doing it ;)
what a waste of sugar...it seems you get free sugar supply from your the government...art is good but atleast don't waste edible stuffs...there are people who don't even get food to eat...and sugar being so expensive why to waste rather donate to poor people. No hard feelings but you can use some alternative in place of sugar...Show some respect for food.. Think about it.
Super creativity and i enjoy to watch .Thanks for sharing this to us
I see a number of adverse comments. If one sings to a cow, one should expect a "Moo." Don' t you bother about them. But you are great.
awasome crative idea....
realy nice.
