Wait, how are all the icons shown on your map? Did you just discover each one then leave it there? Or is there a way to unlock the ability to see what they all are?
Building the cartographer in your settlement will allow you to pay him to reveal icons of things you missed while in a certain area. But there are also maps in the ubi store, that you can purchase for helix credits, that show every location of every type of item.

The dive of the Valkyries against barred doors....man...wish I had known sooner :D
Also remember to have a feast at your settlement. Lasts 3 hours and pauses in menus. Pretty handy when fighting the higher leveled enemies.
Also it stays active after a save

One good tip: I think you can unlock Wolf companion skill on your hometown when you speak to a child on the hall. Very useful skill for bosses, just use stomp talent when enemy down big damage outout.
You could have made the whole video about the first tip and that would have been enough for me. Thats a gamesaver right there!
it’s funny how the zealots are so much stronger than the actual members of the Order of Ancients
Makes kinda sense as they’re their warriors, and not those “shady influencing mobsters”
That's how it was in Odyssey and also Origins if I remember correctly. You had the Order of the Ancients and the mercenaries and the mercenaries were harder than the Order members. Makes total sense for the actual fighters to know how to fight and be more difficult to kill.

Foreal since i just got excalibur after getting to power level 150. Some of the zealots took me a lot of tries
Well, the zealots are trained to fight, but most of the order aren’t. Zealots are only retained to fight to protect the order so none of them have to protect themselves.
The dive of the Valkyries tip was much appreciated. I also didn't know my torch was so useful
I just got back into this game recently.. and of course I left off fighting a boss level guy 1v1 that I was underpowered for lol. I noticed if you unload enough arrows into an enemy they will start to dodge. Once you get them at that point every time they power up their red attack you can aim at them and they'll move to the side and it'll cancel then they switch attacks.

I just want Nordic short swords axes and long swords are cool but I want a sword n shield combo 😞
A tip not mentioned, the ability where you can slow down time and shoot arrows uses its own arrows. Even if you are out of arrows you can still use the ability.

You still need to look for keys. This Dive of the Valkeries does not open locked doors. Just barred doors

They must have patched some the more useful stuff, I’m just getting around to playing and the Dive of the Valkyrie thing doesn’t work. Was other stuff just can’t remember wtf it was lol

When falling from high up, I hit the R2 button just I hit the ground, and I don't take any fall damage.
Idk why I haven’t seen a single RUclipsr mention that. I always leave a comment about it when I see a video about fall damage.

@@docl1569 Pausing the game just before you hit the ground still works after the update but its a risk as your timing needs to be spot on.

In regards to the item locations! I did them all and they had different items that what’s in the video. For example the axe in your video was a shield for me, and the two handed sword was a short bow! Maybe it’s based on area? Or maybe updates?
for horses stamina, you don’t use their stamina unless you sprint. so even if you go off-road you won’t use stamina. even then, if you have all of the training completed for your horse, you can go about a thousand meters before your stamina runs out.
The game is so easy its unreal even on the highest diffulty setting they really ethier need to add one more or make the ai way more harder its just a cake walk honestly oddesy actually felt hard not only that the only ai what is hard is the bosses and the zealots what obs would make sense I just wish the ai was so hard
Odyssey wasn't hard, everything was just a damage sponge. Yea I agree the AI needs to be smarter and offer a challenge.

Bruh I finished the entire game, almost finishing all the small quest and items, 110hr++ only to realise I can valkyrie dive the barred doors
You can kill easily zealots if you push them into deep water, they will drown

You can break the barred door with double wield dane axe strong attack. No adrenaline required.
First tip, insane! There's doors I have left and are going back to eventually but not anymore! Thanks amazing!
Breaking mineral ores while riding a horse also works. Just let the horse stomp at it and loot after. No need to dismount.
Great tips. Just got the game for Black Friday 2021 for $20. Heard about about the daily and weekly contracts. Have to try the contracts out. Also need to get the 2nd Dive of the Valkyries ability.
You can run with your horse on to a block door and it will brake the bar

Yup Ubisoft patched it out.
2:06 instead of holding "D" key, just press "A" once (to the left) and it will go from 1 to max (200)
Vordr's bite is no longer there in hamptunshire. Ubisoft patched it out and replaced it with a vendor shield.

It's because after the 1.0.4 update they removed the shield from the shop and placed it in the chest, as the voldr's bite is a trophy for killing legendary animals.

Found this channel back in his Skyrim days and fell off watching cause yah know adulting and I haven’t had much time for games but picked ACV up and looked for random vids on the game to figure out ways to move forward with my leveling and settlement and I heard this dude voice. Does the first tip still work after the update?
Yes. You could do it before the update with the dive of the valkeries lvl 2 and also dual wielding heavy axes. They fixed one, but the dive still works.

When I went to get the axe I opened the box and got a shield-
They changed the location of it, now you get it as a a reward for killing all legendary animals
Vordr's Bite Flawless Axe no longer there. You get something else..Don't bother with it

@@joshuabagnall3440 I asked on reddit, turns out this weapon as supposed to be a reward for some hunting challenge. They made a mistake and fixed it by replacing the weapon with some lame shield

It isn't a bug, the drinking contest. Ubisoft intentionally put that in the game
i went to get vord's bite and got a shield instead lol found out that its now a reward that you get....that shield was a great find still tho

I opened all abilities with my current skills and rested and then choose what I wanted. when I back to game I have so much abilities that I haven't . :D been quite useful

I actually sneaked into the Hamtunscire thingy to get the Vorgr's Bite, but instead I got some random shield. Was there some update randomizing drops or what? Im xbox one btw
Power ability refills your stamina. I always used this against strong enemies. Strong hit, strong hit, strong hit power ability. Repeat
games is bugged 2 world jung somtinh with blue mobs can not get inside the tree,, im stuck on wedding can not do anything shieet
First play through, level 25 and just completed everything in Norway, these are good tips.
Falling from a height then pausing and unpausing to mitigate damage doesn't work anymore when I tried it.

Here's another game breaking tip. If you want to be invincible go play the dice game and fast travel right when the coin hits the table. But its gotta be at a different fast travel point to what you're closest to. When you appear you wont have a HUD so go down yourself to fix this. Afterwards no enemy will acknowledge you or your companions. To go back to normal gameplay just travel to Norway or valhalla. Have fun.

shallow water fishing is easier when you use 2 spears and no armor.
im in england now and struggling a bit at what to focus on. People say to focus on the "main" story but there is no single main story to continue doing, i just have the settlement to upgrade, the codex pages and "the order" , also the seer which seems a bit over my level. I am power 60 or so. I can do the suggested 90 raids. I guess i'll do a bunch of side stuff

I want to completly hide my cape. I want that it wont appear after i toggle it back in. But when i do it invisible its forcefully appearing in some areas. Thats okay but when i press down and toggle it back its still wearing on the character. How can i fix it? Other pieces stay disappeared but not the cape when its out...
