Is it just me or do Thunderbolts after they get refurbished tend to have pitch fluctuation problems? Deerfield's 1000T on Skelton Rd happens to run into similar problems after getting fixed multiple times.

The Wichita/Sedgwick refurbs just had their motors rewound incorrectly. That might have happened with Deerfield too.
