Have you seen any of 'Dr. Josef' here on YT? He's a board certified psychiatrist, whose main body of work consists of the devastation that benzos have caused in people's lives. It is an interactive channel.

Thank you, yeah, with all my postpartum depression episodes, he never left we’ve been together 18 years, I am truly truly lucky

I went through the exact same thing as you. You won’t believe me, but one day you will be able to move forward from this terrible experience. It takes years tho. Be careful and take it easy! ❤

If you don’t mind me asking, how much were you on and how often? Thank you so much for your wonderful comment. It gives me hope.

@@LifewithErin777 I don’t remember the dosage, but I took one pill in the morning and one before bed (if I’m not mistaken). I took the prescription for one month in 2016.

You look much better on Day 6. I hate withdrawal. I could not stand sounds or light, I just got through it. You will too! You Tube has its positive aspects like your videos.

Feel for you, been through this. Gabapentin is absolute life saver for sure but then if u develop an addiction for that too is a nightmare as the withdrawals are ROUGH for they too. It was Worse than opioid withdrawal for me. Keep strong ❤

Totally agree with you she obviously doesn't realize Gabapentin is so much worse to withdraw from

True I was on 1.5 clonazepam and up to 3600 gabapentin bad for the brain. My cousin told me about the side effects of both and I weaned off gabapentin first and only decreased clonazepam to 1 during that.
Now I only take gabapentin PRN 300 mg ( 600 mg tabs) if I can’t stand the vibrations and hot/ cold flashes.

@@LifewithErin777 I’m third day as of midnight in GA I was taking 0.25 three times a day off and on for three months. I didn’t even realize I had become dependent till I didn’t take my normal dose one day and went into a manic panic attack. 🥺

If you think it's hard withdrawing from this wait till you withdraw from Gabapentin it's horrendous for experience id advice you not to continue with using it your setting yourself into a vicious circle
