Hi Ethan. Ive been a fan of your videos since 2021. Back then I was really trying to put a lot of different self development content into practice, and I had alot of very successful streaks. I started mind mapping, journaling, and became much better at planning my life with a greater purpose in mind. However, I still experience what has become a very familiar cycle over the years. I make commitments to improve myself, and am successful for some time, then my constancy drops off, and at some point I return to seemingly the same place that i started. I feel stuck and want help establishing more permanent changes. I've been looking for a personal coach and am curious if you are still offering coaching. If so, how do I get in contact with you? Or maybe you have a recommendation for other self development coaches. I have a daughter on the way and am very serious about enlisting support to build better habits.

I use a tool called XMind. All the Maps are available in the description as well.

This software is called XMind. It's great for MindMaps. Right now I use a tool called Obsidian though. I find it better connects all my notes.
