What some people are able to do with griffon and the bettle in this game is really amazing. If there is one thing GW2 did really well was the mounts.
Forget about the camera work! If you don't play gw2 you don't know the required skill for this. You skill with griffon is legendary congratz man!
It's always such a pleasure to watch your vids, Rei! Such smooth camera movements, and an insane level of skill with that stunt flying :D also that timing at 0:58 with those lasers was amazing.
Being honest, that was the only reason why I put that clip In xD and also partly cause I had to record everything in one go and didn't wanted to spent hours on it (which I still did )

I have no idea, tho I noticed something, apparently instead of moving my mouse left and right I kinda turn my mouse xD no idea if that's why

For everything you have to do to get the skyscale, it should be able to do this aswell, but that's probably why you pay 250 gold for this bird lol
Skyscale is quite underwhelming, for me at least, it's nice to have for afk and to climb to a certain points, but I also agree, even tho you technically can pay the griffon in smaller steps (25g each) it's still pricy, very much worth it if you enjoy this kind of mount style, but still sadly a bit of a grind
Yep, for those who can spend several months to hone the skill of flying a griffon the way it shown in the video =) I play after working day, so I will stick ti my skyscale, thank you =))
Well you see, you're not the only one that can't play the game all day, and learning this in months ? Yes, perhaps if you want to reach a certain skill level, depending on this and also how fast of a learner you are, there's new people currently improving in days /weeks already. On the other hand simply diving + wingflap and flying straight, no skill needed for that, but yeah it's just a matter of what you enjoy playing the game for, some like to repeat the same raid every day, others just like to fly on a birb :) I'm just here to showcase the potential of the mount that's all
Are you gonna mention how most people give up on the mount or quit the game before they even get it? Of course not.
Such a great advertisement for the game, skyscale and griffon. Until people hundreds of hours in discover what the grinds to get them are like. And then the even bigger grind for gold or a credit card swipe.
Never heard from one personally sooooo. But again I'm just here to showcase the potential of the mount, there's already videos out there that show how you get them.
I gotta agree on the griffon being quite expensive on the gold part but even there, on each heart you have to pay 25g, there's no reason to just grind all the way up to 250g, just always save up a bit and you'll get it eventually
Yeah but to a casual who couldnt do this, this isnt the bets mount x3
Regardless of the skill level of a player, the griffon still got the most unique controls out of all flying mounts :,)
even a casual player can do full speed griffon on the open field for fast travel, dont force urself to some hard terrain like that
