    I am autistic my man, I am very intelligent and clever and I know what's up in the world. I have been through such trying times brother. My self awareness is through the roof with these troubled people. I stay well clear from traumatized individuals. England is riddled with such folk you speak of. I hope you are well brother and may God be with you in these dark times. My life has been so rough and from the start evil people have been after me mate. So I ignore most people these days because of how these people have treated me. I am looking forward to a bright and positive future.

      Yeah i'm autistic too and I honestly have no idea how to deal with the majority of society, I live in the same rough area as the guy making this video actually. But man it's so fucking cooked I don't know what to do with anyone. My own family hates me because CNN told them too and that's the only justification they need. They've been after me from the start too, the first interactions that I ever had with my peers were bullying, it's continued all of my life into adulthood and workplace bullying and social exclusion made me quit my 5.5 years in the military as a combat engineer because I no longer trusted the people that I was supposed to be fighting alongside enough to throw them, also I didn't like the Canadian government working with terrorists to terrorize political dissonants. But They were supposed to be essentially second family members, They were supposed to be some of the people I trusted the most in the world. Potentially even trusting them more than my own friends even if they're not my friends. Instead they wanted to be weirdos and have some kind of anti-social high school like popularity contest. Like fuck off man and let me do my job I don't give a shit about how cool or liked you think you are.

    I’m suffering from what I can only describe as either fatherhood and childhood traumatic experiences and have a dangerously low tolerance to other people’s bullshit on a whole it doesn’t help being around people that contribute to it instead of helping me heal from it this is why I’m truly not a people a person and love to be by myself a lot of the time call me boring, old, eccentric, even weird like many do I don’t honestly care I’ve heard it all before and I honestly enjoy living my life this way!

      The best thing you can do in life is be yourself. and many people have loss the capacity to do that, you should continue trying to slowly establish your own boundaries and private thinking space so that you can continue to grow and think and heal on your own. It gets better very very very slowly in my experience like years and decades before you'll notice i'm feeling like a few percent better consistently compared to a few years ago.

    I've been living with PTSD with flashbacks and panic attacks for the last 3 years since I had total recall. I can't cope with things at times, don't trust anyone and go on like a A hole sometimes. Living with extreme trauma is exhausting mentally and emotionally.

    • @dominusbalial835
      @dominusbalial835 4 месяца назад +3

      I've struggled with ptsd almost my entire life the first time I tried to kill myself I was six years old. It's going to get better overtime by itself passively over the course of years and decades probably, the way that you heal from the ptsd symptoms is actually by conciously remembering and recalling everything that happened to you. Which is horrible and feels like absolute shit. But I can now recall the memory of my rape as a child for example and feel absolutely minimal neuroticism from it. via researching psychology and also taking a shit load of magic mushrooms one time, i've improved my ptsd symptoms since the age of 6 by about 70-80% roughly. It's required tens upon tens of thousands of hours of study and research and introspection. You can do it too gratingly slowly, but you can heal, don't give up hope, it's going to take a very long time.

    My ex mom cheated on her dad and her moms boyfriend use to touch my ex as a kid. The ex told me she hates her dad 1000 times. She was a narcissist with borderline personality disorder. She would rage and throw hissy fits over literally nothing. Never made any sense. I used to walk on egg shells. I stuck through it all. She would start fights out of nowhere. Everything was up and down. Hot and cold. Triggered over nothing. Mad over nothing. She discarded me a couple of months ago. She told a mutual friend she used to cheat on all her boyfriends, besides me (yea right lol). And apparently slept with another guy a week later. The relationship was so toxic. We could spend the entire day together, and then when I would go home, she would call half way and start a fight. She could never respect boundaries. She had no female friends. Once she locked me out of our hotel room over nothing. I would ask her what are you mad about. She never made sense. Nothing made sense. She would drive me crazy and had me questioning my own sanity. This video is almost like it was made about my past relationship. It’s so accurate. I wish I came across your videos earlier and not after she dumped me. Nothing made sense when I was going through it but now the fog has cleared.

      I recommend looking up Doctor Sam Valkin, he's a anti-social personality researcher or some kind and contributed a lot too the modern theories surrounding narcissism. From memory of his teachings, it's likely she was a narcissistic who turned borderline when experiencing narcissistic mortification. Narrcissts when they can't get narrcisitic supply start going crazy, they can flip too symptoms of a different anti-social personality disorder before switching back to narrcism, and they can even convert themselves from a convert narrcistic to a schizoid narrcistic or become malignant. it's really interesting honestly intellectually. Sorry for any spelling errors too i'm dyslexic, although i'm incredibly good at reading and researching stem fields is one of my favourite hobbies.

    Hard work, keeping to yourself, minding your own business and doing the right thing is not appreciated in the world today. Nowadays its all about partying, drinking, doing drugs, and having people feeling sorrow for the drinkers, that are doing it to theirselves. Doing the wrong things just wastes your time and energy.

    My baby daddy ruined himself cause of unresolved trauma. I got trauma myself too but I work on myself DAILY! Nobody wants to do the hard work, ppl want faster solutions! That's why I cringe when "experts" say you need to heal faster. No, the eff you do not! Healing is NOT linear and that's ok as long as you're doing the work! Even if it means being alone! I recognize my behavior was turning toxic so I quietly stayed to myself and started doing therapy and self help. As for baby daddy, welps despite giving all my best efforts to help him, I was drowning myself and I needed to get away as much as it killed me. He refused to get help. Now, he's in prison for quite some time 😢 But I can sleep at night because I fought so hard for us! But you really can't help someone, who refuses to face reality....

    I can speak as a traumatized person and explain a bit how it works. Long story short, something happened that was enough for your limbic system to take charge of your survival mechanism and start having reflexes that are faster than thinking. It's stimuli response and unconscious. It's the part of the brain that controls everything, even breathing. Now people will confuse their kneejerk reaction with their personality, they'll feel like they're so much a victim that it's only fair because everybody is allegedly so much worse. In many cases, people who need to be so much more aware of how they are and what they might do are also the ones least likely to do that. They feel so victimised that they don't feel they have to work harder than everybody else on top of what they have

    It is a lot of work dealing with someone like that. Idk why some choose not to admit but it, it is draining. We all got problems. It's just that some of us are actually willing to find ways to solve em instead of constant compliaining. The whole time someone spends complaining about whatever the problem is to somone, that energy could go towards solving it. What's also annoying is when you give them advice when they clearly asked for it, but then want to turn around and get mad at you when they chose not to listen and take your advice. Like don't put you're baggage on to me. That's not what i signed up for. Save it for you're Theapist or Psych. I'm not being paid to listen to your trama. But when you actually want to help them, they refuse it. Like tf 😒 🙄 😑
