H42 90000t, 305m length, 42,5m width, 8x48cm Main Guns, 12x15cm and 16x10,5 cm secondaries, 28x3,7cm and 40x2cmFlak and 6x53,3cm Torps! H44 131000t, 345m Length, 51,5 m width, 8x50,8cm Main Guns, same sec. and same Flak and Torps.

Wargaming purposely made Hannover so long to make it a Torp magnet. H44 with a width of 51.5 meters would have been rendered nearly invulnerable to torpedoes but a massive target for rockets and bombers.

Yes if you spam enough torpedoes at a ship it will eventually sink regardless how large it is. H44 was conceived as a paper experiment to see what type of ship was needed to defeat all weapons then in service in late 1943 or early 1944. By that time the Germans weren't aware of the 6 ton Tallboy bomb. As for Yamato's 39 meters beam. The ship had an engineering flaw in her TDS that the engineers were aware of even during construction. But they decided to press ahead anyway because they would have lost 2 to 3 years in construction to correct the flaw. The weakness was the connection between the bottom part of her 410 mm belt and the top part of her TDS back plating which happened to be around the same height as where a torpedo would strike. had Yamato been engineered with a Montana style TDS and construction quality she would have taken a chunk more torpedo hits before she would have sunk..

I think there was a journal entry from one of the officers concerning this. There is a likelihood that when torpedoes and bombs struck her, her watertight compartments actually separated causing mass flooding.

Healthpool is way bigger than FdG s. So its more a GK+ than a FdG. Try harder next time, or don't take comments so seriously 😂😂
Well at least we know the game's collision detection is great, there was no clipping at all by any parts of either ship during that ridiculous collision
Update: first game with Hannover today, 244.7k dmg, 3kills, 2caps, a yugumo killed in dual, then a somers killed dual in end game as well, surviving both fights, and ending with 1503bxp on a defeat killed by enemy Hannover grinding me down (I guess 2 of my teammates was bots or at least 2 extremely passive dd newbies, not sure, but we should have won this). ... in anycases, Hannover is insane, it’s what GK should have been since long (well he was long time ago, but now 406-420mm guns are just not enough). The only thing with this new mode, ending with 245k dmg and 1500bxp on a defeat, and it’s not enough to unlock the tokens needed to play the next game with a SHBB ? That kinda sucks tbh... I know they need players to also use others ships in this new mode, but that kind of result should really give me the free pass for the next game I guess, it’s boring i need to do 2-3 games more before doing it again in a SHBB. Does not incentivise to play a lot imo... but well, that new brawler SHBB is definitely fun, that’s for sure ! 👌😂

They quietly changed it to 14 intelligence reports i think. But more than the amount required, the real problem is the way to earn it. Again not solving the actual problem (well what's new)
Shoulda went with the health boost skill that concealment did you no good and with such a big ship i doubt youll be able to be unconcealed unless you play more cruiser like
Dear Flambino i tryed this Ship in PTS :first game 301k damage (150k Guns, 125k secondaries, 25k fires) 2,5 million tanking, almost gone Yolo and took 3 enemy with me, and next games people complain about how Bad this Ship is, i can understand why
AA on german battleships aren't accurate a lot in main config, i think this ship will not evade that rule, it's pretty hard schedule hybrid config on him and can defend himself from the air and surface same time.
I had two DDs sitting at 8km from me in the open, while I was in a full secondary build Hannover. Even with the skill procing I didn't do jack shit to those DDs.
We're you experiencing game lag, low fps, or high ping? If that's the case, tracers and shells love to disappear. If not, this is blatant hyperboly. I played 9 games in Hannover with full secondary build etc and with the fire adjustment thing you get at least pre-rework dispersion, and if RNG loves you you can get US BB secondary dispersion when skill is active. In short, what you're saying is near impossible, especially if they're stationary.
So if these super battleships are 100 times better than any battleship we have ever had on this game. That means its 1% as powerful as the worst CV in the game....;-) Because they cannot be hit back when they attack.
you mean something like a super Kremlin with 557mm guns, of course 12 of them. The rear turrets are (OF COURSE) 360 degree, in 20 second turning turrets AND with with Hannover secondaries, radar and super heal :D
