Although its layout ( plan) is far more better than other 5 marla houses but the interior is too heavy, so much unneccessary detailing, busy ceilings etc. It would have looked much better with plain ceilings, no wallpapers, glass or other minimal railings etc. I l personally love minimal interiors and totally dislike such interior finishes
Floor plan It's really impressive except ceiling,, to my choice should b simple. But Fronf elevation didn't appeal me should have small Terrace ,, B'coz this is the only place where Old Ppl can enjoy their limited life. Love frm Aamir Oman 🇴🇲
Plot k rate yahan pr kia 1 crore 70 lac hai... Jo ap ne iss ki demand 2 crore 75 lac kr di.... Owner ko b sath salam hai.... Plot ajkal yahan 115 se ziada ni.... Good location.... Construction best quality hai... Its not more than 2 crore 30 lacs... Profit 15 lacs

Better than all the 5 marla constructed houses I have seen so far.Didnt like the wall paper in bedrooms,quite out of style.The firesystem and other controls right in front of the entrance wall and that too crooked is such a down grade and that pole in the lawn👎.The demand is quite high in lieu of phase 9 and 5 marla.
