I love this channel. It’s really been helping me prepare for interviews I’m sure will come this year. Thank you so much for continuing to add to this channel, I found you almost 4 yrs ago when I was exiting the military ❤️ now I’m blessed enough to be looking while still employed.
I applied your suggestions and got the job! Thank you so much, I can't tell you how much your platform has helped in my job search. You are very talented in what you do please never stop helping thousands of people just like me!
Hello Thank you so much for your tips. I secured a person to person interview with a company that had declined me after a phone interview. I emailed the interviewer and said that I wanted a chance to interview for the person to person hiring event. She said to reapply and Now I will see them in person.
What?! As a new manager coming in, you are expected to look at the team and operations with a Fresh set of eyes. Making them think you are not going to change anything is setting yourself up for failure and lack of credibility. I also wouldn’t make the assumption that the team is not resilient to change or are not eager for change
