    I love this channel. It’s really been helping me prepare for interviews I’m sure will come this year. Thank you so much for continuing to add to this channel, I found you almost 4 yrs ago when I was exiting the military ❤️ now I’m blessed enough to be looking while still employed.

    Hello Thank you so much for your tips. I secured a person to person interview with a company that had declined me after a phone interview. I emailed the interviewer and said that I wanted a chance to interview for the person to person hiring event. She said to reapply and Now I will see them in person.

    What?! As a new manager coming in, you are expected to look at the team and operations with a Fresh set of eyes. Making them think you are not going to change anything is setting yourself up for failure and lack of credibility. I also wouldn’t make the assumption that the team is not resilient to change or are not eager for change
