These guys are the epitome of not taking htemselves too seriously. That's what love about them. Saw them live in 2003. Still one of the better shows I've ever been to! Come back to Montreal RBF!!!!!
RBF has been my favorite band for many years! I was surprised to hear that "We're not happy..." is their least favorite album. I think that some of the musical/lyrical content on that album are some of RBF's most epic contributions to their catalog. As far as sound quality of the entire album goes, I figured that the "indie" sound quality was done on purpose in order to contrast the self-proclaimed "over-produced" sound quality of "Cheer Up!" That may not be the case.....
They said what their worst album was and I think they are correct but their best album and my favorite album ever has to Cheer Up. Hands down. Also if I randomly met them in public I would buy them all lunch for making the best music I have ever heard. They can hold me to that.
@andyto629 I love the lyrical content on We're not happy-but as a fan, when I first heard it I was blown away by how bad the sound quality was-I assumed they had already been kicked off the label and couldn't afford to make it sound good. That was amid the whole "indie" explosion era and I just wanted a good polished, fun, pop record from RBF-and that wasn't it. But "don't start a band" really is one of their best songs. And "the fire" is great live.
@f0615388 I can do it with the Vandals too. With both those bands, it's more fun to watch the DVDs with audio commentary than without it. The thing that is crazy about Reel Big Fish, EVERYONE is hilarious when they talk. (Well, except for the new bass player)-but on the DVD when Matt and Scott were still in the band ( even though scott wasnt on the commentary) at that point, they were like the funniest group of people to hear talking.
At warped tour in Washington DC on July 10th 2013 they were begging people to stay and watch their performance because they were playing right before black veil brides which was the reason people saw their performance because they wanted to see black veil brides
what happened to Arron's bald spot? In the first dvd he had a huge bald spot and by the secpnd dvd came out it was gone. Hair piece? hair club? what did he do?
5:30 I agree with aaron. WNHTYNH is definately one of their weak albums, I like everything sucks better. But in time I did learn and appreciate wnhtynh, the reason why I think it was not good, was the sound quality and Aaron's experimenting on his vocals. some of the songs on that album are actually good, it took a while for me to get use to it.
Reel Big Fish has been my favorite band for 10 years now.
khaze002 make that 15 now
Simply Awesome!
seeing them this summer with Streetlight. soooooooo stoked.
This is the only band that I could sit here for 20 minutes watching their nterview.
'We need more versions of Beer'
They've done 7, right?
HAWKWARD! We're Not Happy 'Till You're Not Happy is one of my favourite albums...
Best tour right here. Reel Big Fish, Bad Religion, Victims of Circumstance, Goldfinger

Come back to Montreal RBF!!!!!
amazing people :D
3:29 is ironic because I listened to Dave Matthews Band before I started to listen to Reel Big Fish.
I always knew Garth from Wayne's World would make it big in a band.
Aaron Barrett has such a dry sense of humour.
I love it.
The Get Him to the Greek quotes made me laugh way too hard. Gosh, I love these guys.

You guys are awesome and my favorite, but Bob Marley is a close second and he never made fun of you. And he's not boring.
My friends don't like RBF :(
