Nope, it doesn’t suck out. It only adds up, if you have more pressure then what you want to keep you have to manually bring down the pressure.
Should I go with woscher digital tyre inflator or this Quobo Tyre inflator?
My priority is only for Bike touring purpose?
If your bike has 12v socket than go with any 12v powered tyre inflator. If you want only for bike qubo is good because you can charge with phone charger and it is portable as well
