Owen Larose - 2024 High School Graduate - PowerStrength Training Systems

Owen was a quiet kid when he came to PowerStrength in middle school, but through our proven athlete training program, he has blossomed into an athletic and confident man as he heads off to college.
Through hard work and consistency, he added weight, became stronger and more athletic, and shined on the baseball field.
Owen will be one of 10,000 freshmen in the fall as he enrolls at Michigan State University. His training has prepared him both physically and mentally for the next chapter.
His parents, Ryan and Erin, are excited for his future as he puts to test the life skills learned along the way.
