Totally agree! As I near the age of 50 I am understanding more and more that I need to adopt wearing a “uniform”. Paying attention to quality, how complimentary the fit is and comfort. Making my son watch this now! Great video!

Thanks for sharing!! I can’t emphasize enough how much easier this method has made my life. I was really bad it could easily take me an hour sometimes two hours to get dressed and I still would feel eh about my outfit. Now it’s so easy, I literally get dressed in 5-10 minutes for any occasion.

i love it when i get full use and my moneys worth on clothes. I once had a pair of khakis, beat that thing up til it started ripping. Iron patches on them to repair holes and eventually cut them into a pair of shorts. And then one day my ex moved in with me and those ugly shorts magically disappeared. lmao. I'd still wear it til this day.

If the title was: Why I Wear The Same Things Everyday
it would have a lot better ctr and more views in my opinion, good thumbnail and content btw 😀👍

Would you say spending money on pricey items was worth it? Were there any benefits from doing so?
I’m looking at developing a daily “uniform” for myself. It just makes like more simple, comfortable and possibly cheaper.
Would you say it is worth getting expensive stuff? Or just get cheaper stuff and rotate yearly? Thanks 👍🏾

I’ve found that price and quality don’t always go hand and hand but most of the time they do.
      Examples.
I only wear Darn Tough socks, they are extremely expensive but last a long time and have a lifetime warranty. Buy once cry once.
On the other end of the spectrum, I found some really cheap sweat pants from H&M I think they are $30.00 but they are extremely durable I literally wear them every day for 2 years now. The zippers are great, they haven’t faded or anything. They are knock offs of the Nike tech fleece but are so much better because they don’t have any branding.
So, its really trail and error but generally speaking the more expensive items like my Common Projects, YSL belt, LV wallet etc are very very durable items and I literally were them everyday and when I say every day I mean 365 days per year.

@@KRTLyfe Thanks for the response man, really good points. I think I'm going to further develop a daily "uniform" with high quality items, which are likely going to be a bit on the pricey side. I get a lot of stuff from Rag & Bone (not cheap but do great sale reductions - great quality), and I already have things by Burberry etc.
Good news is that I'm kind of halfway there. I like to get my tried-and-true brands, to avoid wasting money/reduce risk of the item not being any good.
Anyway, keep up the good work with the channel man. Respect from the UK.

Thank you so much I appreciate it! I just realized I didn’t answer your question completely. So by once cry once vs annually replacing items… I tend to lean toward items that I can by once and be done with it, for a few reasons.
      Environmental impact of disposable clothes
Having to shop again and again ( I don’t have the patience anymore).
Finding something that you love then it’s discontinued.
Brands are very inconsistent with fit and finish, so you can buy the same item next year and it fits completely different and the QC can be way off.
So yeah, I try to buy items that will last me years and I buy two or three of the same item.
