How much does this obscure the drivers vison from the rear view mirror
Can this be in the outside elements like a ladder rack on a pick up truck
Hi Joseph, Our ILRRACK is not recommended for use outside of the vehicle. With parts like the bungee cord and hardware, it is not ideal for them to be subjected to an external environment. Thanks
