Though I cannot say whether or not they are the same person, in canon, Mike Schmidt is the FNAF 1 security guard, and Micheal Afton is the guard or technician of Circus Baby's Pizza World and the manager of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place (FNAF: Pizza Simulator location).

(Half siblings share one parent, step siblings share no parent.) A parent who adopts a child wouldn’t be considered a stepparent, so a sibling wouldn’t be considered a step-sibling. If that makes sense. William would be simply an adoptive sibling. Unless, William’s mother, or father, had adopted him prior to marrying Vincent’s mother/father. This video is awesome, I just wanted to point that out though. :) I love how you didn’t just put the facts up, you made the characters interact, and move! It really keeps your attention! :D
